This New American gin is uniquely Brush Creek, highlighting their interest to utilize nature’s gifts from the surrounding land, while upholding the highest quality. At the base of this non-GMO spirit is locally foraged native juniper collected from 30,000-acres where they call home in south-central WY. The Distillery also integrates chamomile and coriander grown in the on-site 20,000 sq ft sustainable greenhouse, through a combination of maceration and infusion. The finished spirit is cut to proof with snowmelt waters captured on-site from the nearby Snow Mountain Range.
