Brush Creek Distillery, located on The Farm at Brush Creek, in Saratoga, Wyoming started distilling operations in 2019. The distillery was established to create and develop award-winning craft spirits, foster sustainability and promote innovation with our Farm partners.

We take great pride in our on-site distilling practices, which includes the production of straight bourbon, straight rye, gin, and vodka. We revel in the time-honored processes, draw inspiration in the utilization of the surrounding natural resources, and celebrate our on-site sustainability practices.

Our blending expertise highlights the diversity of our talented team, partnerships, and unique maturation program. It serves as an opportunity to showcase extraordinary flavor profiles only achieved through the culmination of multiple single source producers.
