This cask-finished release was created by resting a proprietary blend of 4-13 year old straight bourbons (KY/IN/TN) for over 12 months in second-use, American Oaks casks previously containing Honig Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

The vision for the collaboration between Brush Creek Distillery and Honig Vineyards and Winery was derived from sustainable practices shared by both programs and a long-standing friendship. Additional inspiration is drawn from the 30,000+ bottle wine collection that sits directly below the Distillery in a 94-yard underground tunnel at The Farm at Brush Creek.
