No two barrels are alike, providing for a truly unique expression with customized packaging. Only a limited number of single barrels are available as part of our inaugural release from our award-winning craft program.

Brush Creek Distillery’s Double-Oaked “Barrel Select” Straight Bourbon Whiskey Offering
The hand-picked, straight bourbon whiskeys showcased in our Barrel Select program reflect our most premium whiskeys, ranging from 4 – 15 years of age.
They were chosen for their distinguishable flavors from the wood sugars, tannins, barrel extracts, length of aging, and barrel types. The distinct characteristics of each are further elevated once blended in small lots, double-oaked, and further matured on-site, in our Barrel Barn, on the 30,000-acre working cattle ranch we call home in Saratoga, WY.
Varying cask-strengths and distinct flavor profiles with each single barrel ensure no two are alike. Our non-chill-filtered approach showcases an unmatched pure and natural spirit to call your own.
