The hand-picked, straight bourbon whiskeys showcased in our Barrel Select program reflect our most premium whiskeys, ranging from 4 – 15 years of age.
They were chosen for their distinguishable flavors from the wood sugars, tannins, barrel extracts, length of aging, and barrel types.
The distinct characteristics of each are further elevated once blended in small lots, double-oaked, and further matured on-site, in our Barrel Barn, on the 30,000-acre working cattle ranch we call home in Saratoga, WY.

Appearance / Nose / Palate / Finish
Ranging between 118 – 129 proof, each Double Oaked, Cask-Strength Bourbon and Rye barrel provides for a distinct combination of complex, flavor characteristics on the nose, palate, and finish.
- Hints of malt, chocolate, cinnamon and dried candied fruits are easily be detected on the nose
- Notes of vanilla, subtle caramel, custard, and mascarpone are highlighted on the palate.
- Rich baking spice, clove and citrus fruit provide for a medium to long smooth finish.
