Ingredients

2 ounces Brush Creek Bourbon
1 ounce amaro
3 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Beef Jerky for garnish

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass
Add Ice
Stir until well-chilled
Strain into a Rocks Glass
Garnish with Beef Jerky / Horse Shoe Nail
